Anticipated starting targets appear by role. Actual openings and bona fide pay ranges will be posted when payroll is ready.
No unpaid productive work: Applying does not authorize work or create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or referral relationship. Productive assignments require cleared client funding, an approved classification, signed written terms, and stated compensation. Eligible participants may separately earn up to 10% for completed lead functions: 6% originator, 2% qualified handoff, and 2% authorized closer. Unfilled portions are not redistributed.
Pre-funding status: These role pages are interest pools, not unpaid staff positions. MonyDragon plans to create paid openings after the employee-hiring financial threshold, payroll readiness, and required state reviews are satisfied. Pool applicants may be considered for those openings, but conversion is not automatic or guaranteed.
