About the future role

The Full-Stack Agentic Engineer works across Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, integrations, background jobs, and AI-assisted workflows with explicit authorization, auditability, and failure handling.

  • Ship tested full-stack features and integrations
  • Design agentic workflows with human approval and bounded permissions
  • Protect customer data and payment boundaries
  • Operate services with useful logs, jobs, and recovery paths

Qualifications

  • Production TypeScript and modern React experience
  • Backend/API and database design experience
  • Security-minded testing and operational judgment

Preferred experience

  • Next.js, MongoDB, Stripe, OpenAI, job queues, or infrastructure experience
  • Experience designing tool-using agents or human-in-the-loop automation

How funded work is handled

Fixed project or milestone compensation disclosed in writing before work begins. An assignment cannot begin until cleared client funds cover the written compensation and operating reserves, the worker’s state and classification are approved, and both parties sign the applicable terms.

How commission works

Eligible participants may earn up to 10% total for approved lead functions. Funded delivery work is paid separately under a written project or milestone agreement; commission never replaces pay for productive work or legally required wages.
